Associate Members

Consultants, service providers, industry vendors, other telecommunications providers and others as determined by the Board of Directors may become Associate Members of this Association.

Unless otherwise limited by the Board of Directors, Associate Members generally shall be entitled to all privileges enjoyed by Members; however, they shall not have a vote and shall not hold office in the Association.

No person or company shall become a Member or an Associate Member of the Association unless and until it has been accepted for membership by the Board of Directors or by the members of the Association.
