You can make your payment by credit card or check. If paying by check, once you have registered online, make check payable to Texas Statewide Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (TSTCI) and mail payment to: TSTCI, 316 W. 12th Street, Suite 102, Austin, Texas 78701.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given after January 3, 2015; however, substitutions will be permitted.
